Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of longeuity.com (the "Site") and the Longevity AI clinical decision-support platform (the "Platform"), both operated by Longevity AI Ltd ("the Company") (45 Rothschild Boulevard, Tel Aviv 6578401, Israel). By accessing or using the Site or Platform, you accept these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.

2. Nature of the Platform - Clinical Decision Support

The Platform is a multimodal biomarker fusion tool designed exclusively as clinical decision-support software for use by licensed physicians and qualified clinic operators ("Authorized Users"). The Platform integrates EMR records, laboratory panel data, and wearable-device biometric streams into longitudinal biological-risk profiles intended to inform physician clinical judgment.

The Platform is not a medical device and does not carry regulatory clearance as a diagnostic or therapeutic product. The Platform does not diagnose disease, prescribe treatment, or issue autonomous clinical recommendations. Use of the Platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship between the Company and any patient. The Authorized User retains full clinical authority and professional responsibility for all clinical decisions made in connection with patient care, regardless of any output generated by the Platform.

Outputs from the Platform are informational tools to support, not replace, the independent clinical judgment of a licensed physician.

3. Use of the Site and Platform

• You must be a licensed healthcare professional or authorized clinic operator, of legal age in your jurisdiction, to access the Platform.
• You agree not to use the Site or Platform unlawfully, to interfere with their operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the Platform or its outputs except as expressly permitted by mandatory law.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to use the Platform only within the scope of your professional license and in compliance with the clinical and regulatory requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and Platform, including all underlying software, algorithms, biomarker models, and content, are owned by Longevity AI Ltd or its licensors and are protected by international intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for its intended clinical decision-support purpose during the term of your service agreement. No other rights are granted by implication or otherwise.

5. Data Submitted by Authorized Users

Authorized Users are responsible for any patient health data and other content submitted to the Platform. By submitting such data, the Authorized User represents that they have obtained all necessary patient consents and authorizations required under applicable law to share that data with the Platform. The Authorized User grants the Company a limited license to process and store submitted data solely to deliver the clinical decision-support service. The Company does not use submitted patient data to train models or for any secondary purpose without explicit written consent from the practice, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and Platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular clinical purpose of any Platform output. All outputs are analytical observations based on data submitted; they are not clinical conclusions. The Company disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer warranties applicable in your country of residence are not affected by this disclaimer.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Longevity AI Ltd's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site or Platform will not exceed the amount paid by the Authorized User for the Platform in the three months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater, except for liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law. The Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or reliance on the Platform's outputs in clinical decision-making.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Longevity AI Ltd, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or Platform, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any third-party right, or your failure to comply with applicable professional, regulatory, or clinical obligations.

9. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for material breach of these Terms, failure to maintain required professional licensure, or as otherwise required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes arising from or related to these Terms are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection or professional-regulation rights available under the laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes and Contact

The Company may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
